RMF Coatings LLC offers this website, including the information, products, custom services, tools, and other resources available through this site, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced herein.

SECTION 3 – CUSTOM ORDERS AND CUSTOMER APPROVAL
Custom work is produced according to information supplied or approved by the customer.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all names, dates, spelling, wording, numbers, logos, artwork, photographs, dimensions, colors, placement, orientation, and other specifications before approving a design or authorizing production.
When RMF provides a proof, mockup, drawing, rendering, sample, or other representation for customer approval, customer approval constitutes authorization for RMF to proceed substantially according to that approved design.
Once custom production has begun, changes may not be possible.
RMF Coatings LLC is not responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied or customer-approved information, including spelling errors, incorrect dates, incorrect names, inappropriate image resolution, incorrect logos, or other errors that were present when the customer authorized production.
If RMF makes an error that materially differs from the approved design or order specifications, RMF will determine an appropriate remedy, which may include correction, repair, replacement, or refund.
SECTION 4 – CUSTOM ARTWORK, LOGOS, PHOTOGRAPHS, AND
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Customers may provide RMF with photographs, artwork, logos, trademarks, names, graphics, designs, or other materials for reproduction or incorporation into custom products.
By submitting such material, the customer represents that the customer owns the material or has obtained all permissions, licenses, releases, and other rights necessary for RMF to reproduce and use the material for the requested work.
Customers may not knowingly request that RMF reproduce copyrighted, trademarked, proprietary, or otherwise protected material without authorization from the applicable rights holder.
The customer assumes responsibility for claims arising from materials supplied by the customer and agrees, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to indemnify and hold RMF Coatings LLC harmless from third-party claims resulting from RM F’s authorized use of customer-supplied materials.
RMF reserves the right to refuse any design, image, logo, wording, or other content that RMF reasonably believes may violate applicable law or the rights of another party.
SECTION 5 – PHOTOGRAPHS, PRINTING, AND DIGITAL IMAGES
RMF may reproduce customer-supplied photographs, graphics, or artwork on acrylic, lenticular materials, and other rigid or non-flexible substrates.
Digital screens, photographs, proofs, and electronic representations may not perfectly reproduce the appearance of the finished physical product.
Colors, brightness, contrast, transparency, saturation, surface appearance, and other visual characteristics may vary depending upon the customer’s display, source image, printing process, substrate, lighting conditions, and manufacturing tolerances.
Customer-supplied images may require cropping, resizing, positioning, or other adjustments to fit the selected product.
Customers are responsible for supplying images of adequate quality and resolution. RMF cannot guarantee that low-resolution, blurry, compressed, damaged, or otherwise deficient source images will produce highquality finished products.
Reasonable production variations are not considered defects.
SECTION 6 – ENGRAVING, UV PRINTING, AND CUSTOMIZATION
Engraving and printing results can vary depending upon the material, coating, surface condition, color, composition, manufacturing tolerances, and other characteristics of the item being customized.
Minor differences in engraving depth, appearance, color, alignment, texture, or finish may occur as part of normal production.
Engraving, stippling, and certain other customization processes permanently alter the item.
Customers acknowledge that permanent customization generally cannot be reversed or removed without further alteration or damage to the item.
SECTION 7 – CERAKOTE AND CUSTOM FINISHES
Cerakote and other applied finishes may vary slightly in color, sheen, texture, and appearance from photographs, digital samples, previous projects, or customer expectations.
Differences in substrate material, preparation, application, curing, lighting, surface geometry, and manufacturing tolerances can affect final appearance.
Reasonable variations inherent in the coating process are not considered defects.
Normal wear, abrasion, impact, chemical exposure, improper cleaning, misuse, and environmental conditions may affect the longevity and appearance of a finished coating.
SECTION 8 – CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PROPERTY
Customers may submit property to RMF for approved customization services.
RMF will exercise reasonable care while customer property is in our possession. However, RMF is not responsible for pre-existing wear, scratches, corrosion, defects, damaged fasteners, prior modifications, improper previous workmanship, concealed defects, material weaknesses, or other conditions that existed before RMF received the property.
Disassembly, preparation, cleaning, coating, engraving, stippling, or other work may reveal previously concealed defects or damage.
Customers should not submit irreplaceable personal property unless they accept the risks inherent in performing custom work on such items.
SECTION 9 – LEGAL FIREARMS AND FIREARM COMPONENTS
RMF Coatings LLC does not sell firearms.
RMF Coatings LLC holds a Federal Firearms License and provides custom services involving customer supplied legal firearms and legal firearm components, including Cerakote application, engraving, and stippling.
All firearms and firearm components submitted to RMF must be legal to possess, ship, receive, modify, service, and return under all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that any firearm or firearm component submitted to RMF is legally possessed by the customer and may lawfully be submitted for the requested services.
RMF reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue work involving any firearm or firearm component when RMF reasonably determines that there is a question concerning legality, ownership, configuration, identification, required documentation, licensing, shipping, or regulatory compliance.
RMF will not knowingly perform work that would cause a firearm or firearm component to become unlawful.
Customers may not request RMF to perform work intended to circumvent federal, state, or local firearms laws or regulations.
SECTION 10- FIREARM SHIPPING, RECEIPT, AND RETURN
All firearms and regulated firearm components must be shipped, received, recorded, serviced, transferred, and returned in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and RM F’s Federal Firearms License requirements.
Customers must follow RM F’s firearm shipping instructions before sending a firearm.
When an FFL-to-FFL shipment or transfer is required, the appropriate Federal Firearms License information must be provided and verified before shipment.
RMF may require additional identification, documentation, FFL information, or other information necessary to lawfully receive or return a firearm or firearm component.
Firearms must be unloaded before shipment to RMF.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable carrier requirements when shipping firearms or firearm components.
RMF reserves the right to refuse packages or return property when shipment, receipt, possession, requested work, or return shipment would violate applicable law or RM F’s licensing requirements.
RMF will return firearms and firearm components only in a manner permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 11 – FIREARM CONDITION, DISASSEMBLY, AND
MODIFICATION
Customers acknowledge that firearms and firearm components may require disassembly, cleaning, preparation, masking, blasting, refinishing, reassembly, or other handling necessary to perform the requested work.
Previously installed aftermarket parts, coatings, finishes, adhesives, fasteners, modifications, or repairs may affect the work.
RMF is not responsible for defects or failures caused by pre-existing conditions, improper previous modifications, defective components, customer-installed components, or work performed by third parties.
Permanent processes such as engraving and stippling physically alter the firearm or component and generally cannot be reversed.
SECTION 12 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Quotes and estimates may be based upon information available before RMF physically inspects an item. Additional labor; materials, preparation, repair; or other charges may become necessary if previously undisclosed or concealed conditions are discovered.
When practical, RMF will attempt to obtain customer authorization before performing material work beyond the original scope.
Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and order information.
RMF reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.
SECTION 13 – TURNAROUND TIMES
Any estimated production or completion time provided by RMF is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date unless RMF expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Custom work may be affected by material availability, workload, equipment maintenance, design revisions, customer approval delays, shipping delays, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances.
RMF is not responsible for losses resulting solely from reasonable production or shipping delays outside RMF’s control.
Customers requiring an item for a specific event, wedding, award ceremony, competition, holiday, or other deadline should communicate that requirement before placing the order.
SECTION 14 – CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Because many RMF products and services are personalized or custom-produced, custom orders generally cannot be returned or exchanged merely because the customer changes their mind after production has begun.
Orders canceled before production begins may be eligible for cancellation, subject to any design, material, processing, or other costs already incurred.
Once engraving, printing, coating, stippling, or other permanent customization has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
If RMF makes a material production error or provides a defective product or service, the customer should contact RMF promptly so the issue can be evaluated.
Depending upon the circumstances, RMF may repair; rework, replace, or refund the affected product or service.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
SECTION 15 – SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
RMF is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather; transportation disruptions, incorrect customer-provided addresses, or circumstances outside RM F’s reasonable control.
Customers should inspect delivered packages promptly and notify RMF of apparent shipping damage as soon as reasonably possible.
Firearm shipments are additionally subject to Section 10 and applicable firearms laws and carrier requirements.
SECTION 16- UNCLAIMED PROPERTY
Customers are responsible for responding to RMF communications and arranging payment, pickup, transfer; or return of completed property.
Property left with RMF for an extended period after completion or after repeated attempts to contact the customer may be subject to storage charges and any remedies available to RMF under applicable Colorado law.
RMF will handle abandoned or unclaimed firearms and regulated items only as permitted by applicable federal, state, and local law and RM F’s FFL obligations.
Nothing in these Terms authorizes RMF to dispose of customer property in a manner prohibited by law.
SECTION 17 – PRODUCT IMAGES AND WEBSITE INFORMATION
RMF makes reasonable efforts to display products, colors, finishes, photographs, examples, and descriptions accurately.
However; electronic displays and photographs may not perfectly represent actual colors, textures, dimensions, or finishes.
Product descriptions, availability, specifications, and prices may be corrected or changed without notice.
RMF reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and, where appropriate, cancel or modify an affected order.
SECTION 18 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may contain links to or use services provided by third parties, including payment processors, shipping companies, website service providers, social-media platforms, or other vendors.
RMF does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, policies, or independent actions.
Customers should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of third-party providers.
SECTION 19 – PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
Information submitted through the RMF website is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Customers agree to provide accurate information necessary to process orders, communicate regarding custom work, arrange shipping, and satisfy applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Firearm-related transactions or services may require RMF to collect and maintain information or records required by federal or state law and applicable FFL regulations.
SECTION 20 – PROHIBITED USES
Customers may not use the website or RMF services:

RMF reserves the right to terminate or refuse service for violations of these restrictions.
SECTION 21 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except for warranties expressly provided by RMF in writing or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
RMF does not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or error.
Custom work inherently involves variations resulting from materials, manufacturing tolerances, customersupplied property, coatings, printing processes, engraving processes, and other factors described in these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 22 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RMF Coatings LLC and its owners, members, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, products, or services.
RM F’s liability relating to a particular product or service shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount paid to RMF for the affected product or servic
SECTION 23 – INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RMF Coatings LLC and its owners, members, employees, agents, and contractors from third-party claims arising from:
• the customer’s violation of these Terms;
• unlawful customer conduct;
• customer-supplied copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material;
• false statements concerning ownership or authorization;
• unlawful possession or shipment of a firearm or firearm component; or

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed as necessary.
The remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
SECTION 25 – TERMINATION OR REFUSAL OF SERVICE
RMF reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse service when a customer violates these Terms, fails to pay amounts due, provides materially false information, engages in unlawful conduct, threatens or abuses RMF personnel, or requests work RMF cannot lawfully or reasonably perform.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or other responsibilities incurred before termination.
SECTION 26 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with RM F’s Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, firearm shipping instructions, written quotations, approved proofs, invoices, and other applicable policies constitute the agreement governing the applicable products and services provided by RMF.
Failure by RMF to enforce a particular provision on one occasion does not waive RM F’s right to enforce that provision in the future.
SECTION 27 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements under which RMF Coatings LLC provides products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s law is required to apply.
Any venue provision or dispute-resolution procedure adopted by RMF shall be subject to applicable law.
SECTION 28 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
RMF may update or modify these Terms from time to time.
